What We Store
Outdoor Units Built for the Boats That Use Lake Travis
Our storage units on FM 1431 are designed for the watercraft that North Lake Travis boaters actually own. Drive-up access, fixed monthly pricing, and three sizes that cover everything from a jet ski to a full-size pontoon.
Bass Boats & Fishing Boats
The most common boat stored at Easy St. Storage. Bass boats from 17 to 24 feet fit across our Medium, Large, and Extra-Large units depending on length, beam, and rig height. If your bass boat has a T-top or console extension, the Large or Extra-Large unit’s 8’6″ clear-ance is the right fit.
Jet Skis & Personal Watercraft
Single or double PWC setups store easily in the Medium unit. Two jet skis in tandem on a double trailer typically fit within the 25-foot length. Two side-by-side generally exceed the 9-foot width — mention your configuration in the rental notes.
Pontoon Boats
Pontoon boats require the 14-foot width of the Large or Extra-Large unit. A 20-foot pon-toon with standard deck width fits in the Large unit. Anything over 22 feet, or pontoons with extended furniture or canopy frames that push the total width past 14 feet, needs the Extra-Large.
Ski Boats & Wakeboard Boats
Ski boats and wakeboard boats with towers are the most height-sensitive watercraft we store. The Medium unit has 6’8″ of clearance — if your tower doesn’t fold or exceeds that height when trailered, the Large or Extra-Large unit at 8’6″ is the correct choice.
Jon Boats & Small Fishing Boats
The most straightforward fit on our property. Most jon boats up to 18 feet store comforta-bly in a Medium unit with clearance to spare on all sides.
Center Console Boats
Single-engine center consoles up to 22 feet fit in the Large unit. Larger center consoles or those with hardtops or T-tops should be measured for rig height before selecting a unit.

- Best for: Boats over 22 feet, large pontoons, extended rigs where the total trailer-plus-boat length exceeds 20 feet. Our largest unit.
Not sure which unit fits your boat? Measure from the tip of your trailer hitch to the bow and add six inches for tongue clearance. Then measure from the ground to the highest point on your rig as it sits on the trailer. Those two numbers point you to the right unit.

Common Questions
Before You Reserve
How do I know which unit size is right for my boat?
Measure your total rig from the tip of the trailer hitch to the bow of the boat. Add six inches. That’s your minimum length requirement. Then measure from the ground to the highest point on the rig as it sits on the trailer — that’s your clearance requirement. Match both numbers to the unit specs above and you’ll have your answer. If your rig is over 9 feet wide, go straight to the Large or Extra-Large.
Can I store my boat with the motor down?
Outboard motors are typically tilted up for trailering and storage — that’s standard practice and doesn’t affect unit selection. If your motor configuration adds height beyond the standard trailered position, factor that into your clearance measurement.
My pontoon is 21 feet. Which unit do I need?
The Large unit (14 ft × 20 ft). A 21-foot pontoon on a standard trailer typically measures 23 to 25 feet tip-to-stern — which exceeds the Large unit’s 20-foot length. Meas-ure your total rig before reserving. If your pontoon plus trailer exceeds 20 feet, the Extra-Large unit at 28 feet is the right fit.
Can I access my boat early in the morning for a sunrise launch?
Yes. Access hours start at 6:00 AM every day. Your PIN code works seven days a week from 6AM to 10PM, with no staff interaction required.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No. All units are month-to-month. Cancel with notice as outlined in your rental agree-ment — no penalty for early termination.
What if I need to switch to a different unit size?
Contact us and we’ll move you to the right size as soon as one becomes available. The new monthly rate applies from the date of the move.
