When It Makes Sense

Built for the Equipment That Fixed Units Can't Accommodate

Standard self-storage units are sized for household items and recreational equipment. Most trailers and commercial machinery don’t fit — either the length exceeds the unit, the width won’t clear the door, or the combination of trailer plus equipment pushes past every available dimension.
Our open terrain doesn’t have those constraints. Here’s who uses it.

Contractors and tradespeople

A work trailer loaded with tools, materials, or machinery needs a secure place at the end of the day — especially when job sites change weekly and home storage isn’t an option. Our facility on FM 1431 is open from 6AM daily, which fits most construction schedules. Drop the trailer in the evening, pick it up in the morning.

Landscaping operations

A full landscaping rig — trailer, zero-turn mower, trimmer, blower, and accessories — doesn’t fit in a self-storage unit. It does fit on our open grounds. We configure the space to the loaded trailer’s actual dimensions, not a preset box that may or may not work.

Agricultural equipment

Tractors, implements, hay equipment, and other farm machinery need accessible, secure storage when they’re not in use. Our FM 1431 location puts us within reach of the agricul-tural operations north and west of Jonestown on the Lake Travis corridor.

Businesses with seasonal equipment

Irrigation contractors, holiday lighting crews, snow removal equipment operators, and oth-er seasonal businesses often need month-to-month storage that scales with the work cycle. No long-term contract means you can rent during peak season and release the space when the work slows down.

Personal utility trailer owners

Not every use case is commercial. A utility trailer for weekend projects, a flatbed for haul-ing, or a cargo trailer used a few times a year doesn’t need to live in your driveway. A dedi-cated storage space on FM 1431 keeps it off your property and ready when you need it.

What We Store

Any Trailer or Equipment That Has Wheels or Sits on a Pad

Utility Trailers

Open and enclosed utility trailers of all lengths. Single and tandem-axle configurations wel-come. If your trailer has a lift gate, spare tire carrier, or other accessories that extend the overall footprint, include those dimensions in your quote request.

Landscaping Trailers

Loaded or unloaded landscaping trailers — including those carrying zero-turn mowers, walk-behind equipment, hand tools, and fuel cans. We size the space based on the loaded trailer’s dimensions so you don’t have to unload before storing.

Construction Equipment

Skid steer loaders, mini excavators, plate compactors, concrete saws, and similar construc-tion machinery. If your equipment is transported on a trailer, include both the trailer and equipment dimensions. If it’s self-propelled and driven onto the property, note that in your quote request.

Agricultural Machinery

Tractors, hay equipment, disc harrows, and other farm implements. Agricultural equipment often has irregular dimensions — wide wheel bases, extended implement attachments, or tall exhaust stacks. Include those specifics in your quote so we can configure adequate space.

Cargo Trailers & Flatbeds

Enclosed cargo trailers, flatbed trailers, and car haulers. Commonly used by businesses that move product, equipment, or vehicles between job sites or events.

Enclosed Trailers

Enclosed trailers used for business, recreation, or storage in transit. If your trailer is load-ed, include the loaded weight and dimensions — particularly if the load extends past the trailer frame.

How It Works

Your Custom Rate in One Business Day

STEP 01

Tell Us What You're Storing

Submit the quote form with your trailer or equipment type, approximate dimensions — length, width, and height if relevant — and how long you need the space. A photo is espe-cially helpful for unusual or oversized loads, or for equipment with irregular dimensions.

STEP 02

We Configure Your Space

We assess your equipment’s actual footprint, identify the right section of our open grounds, and calculate a monthly rate based on the space needed — including working clearance around the load.

STEP 03

You Receive Your Quote

Within one business day we’ll reach out by phone or email with a custom monthly rate. The rate reflects your actual footprint, not a fixed price applied to every customer regard-less of what they’re storing.

STEP 04

Move In on Your Schedule

Once you confirm, we set up your PIN code and assign your section of the grounds. Ac-cess is available every day from 6AM to 10PM.

Common Questions

About Trailer & Equipment Storage

Can you accommodate a fully loaded landscaping trailer?

Yes. A loaded landscaping trailer is one of our most common requests. When you sub-mit your quote, include the trailer’s approximate length and width when fully loaded — not just the trailer frame dimensions. If your rig includes a pickup truck plus trailer that you want to store together, include both in the request so we can quote the full combined foot-print.

It depends on the equipment. Self-propelled machinery like skid steers and mini exca-vators can be driven in through the gate if they fit within the gate opening. Equipment with rubber tracks or tires that could damage the surface may require a delivery trailer — men-tion the equipment type in your quote request and we’ll discuss access logistics before you commit.

Yes. Access hours start at 6:00 AM every day. Your PIN code works seven days a week, no appointment needed, no staff interaction required.

Quote us on your maximum configuration — the dimensions your rig reaches when ful-ly loaded or at its largest. We’ll size the space for that footprint. If your load changes signifi-cantly over time, contact us to reassess.

Yes. If you need space for more than one trailer or a combination of equipment, include all items in your quote request with approximate dimensions for each. We’ll put together a combined rate for the full footprint.

Our standard agreements are month-to-month. For shorter-term needs, mention the duration in your quote request — we’ll discuss what works on a case-by-case basis.

No. Agreements are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel with ad-vance notice as outlined in your parking agreement. If your work is seasonal, shorter-term arrangements can be discussed during the quote process.
