How is my monthly rate determined?
Your rate starts at $65/month and is based on the footprint your rig requires — length, width, and any slide-out extensions. A 45-foot Class A diesel pusher requires more space than a 22-foot Class C, and the rates reflect that. When you submit your quote request, we calculate based on your actual rig dimensions.
Do I need to retract my slide-outs before storing?
It depends on the space we configure for you. In most cases, yes — rigs are stored with slide-outs retracted, which is also best practice for long-term RV storage. If you have a specific requirement, mention it in your quote request and we’ll factor it into the space allocation.
How long can I park my RV here?
As long as you need. Agreements are month-to-month by default. If you have a specific duration in mind — a few months between trips, seasonal storage, or longer term — mention it in your request and we’ll work with your timeline.
Can I access my RV to prep before a trip?
Yes. Access hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day. You can come and go as often as you need within those hours. Your PIN code works seven days a week, no appointment needed.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No minimum commitment. Parking is month-to-month. Cancel with advance notice as outlined in your parking agreement.
What if my rig dimensions change — for example if I get a longer RV?
Contact us and we’ll reassess the space. If a larger footprint is needed, we’ll adjust the allocation and update your monthly rate accordingly.
Do you take fifth-wheels and travel trailers, or just motorhomes?
We accommodate all of them — Class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth-wheels, and bumper-pull travel trailers of all sizes. Include your trailer type and approximate length in the quote form.
