What We Store
Single-Axle, Tandem-Axle, and Everything in Between
Single-Axle Trailers
The most common configuration for boats up to approximately 19 feet. A standard single-axle trailer fits in the Medium unit with room to walk around and access the hitch. Most jon boat, bass boat, and PWC trailers fall in this category.
Tandem-Axle Trailers
Used for heavier and longer boats — typically 20 feet and up. Tandem-axle trailers run longer from hitch pin to rear cross-member, which often puts them at or past the Medium unit’s 25-foot length. Depending on total length, these trailers may require the Large or Extra-Large unit.
Pontoon Trailers
Pontoon trailers are wide — usually matching or exceeding the beam of the pontoon itself. They require the 14-foot width of the Large or Extra-Large unit. Length depends on the pontoon size: most 20-foot pontoon trailers fit in the Large; anything longer typically needs the Extra-Large.
PWC & Jet Ski Trailers
Single and double PWC trailers store easily in the Medium unit. A triple-PWC trailer may require measuring before committing to a unit size — contact us if you’re unsure.

All units are outdoor, uncovered, and drive-up accessible. Month-to-month, no setup fee, no long-term contract.
Medium Unit $125/mo
- Dimensions: 9 ft × 25 ft × 6'8" clearance
- Best for: Single-axle boat trailers up to approximately 22 feet in total length. Most bass boat, fishing boat, and PWC trailers fall here. If the trailer tongue plus overall frame is under 24 feet, the Medium works.
Large Unit $150/mo
- Dimensions: 14 ft × 20 ft × 8'6" clearance
- Best for: Wider trailers — pontoon trailers, trailers with extended bunks or rollers, and tandem-axle trailers whose total length falls within 20 feet. The 14-foot width is the key advantage over the Medium for wider trailer configurations.
Extra-Large Unit $175/mo
- Dimensions:14 ft × 28 ft × 8'6" clearance
- Best for: Long tandem-axle trailers, extended pontoon trailers, and any trailer whose total length from hitch pin to rear exceeds 20 feet. The 28 feet of length is the deciding factor for trail-ers that don't fit in the Large.

Measure from the tip of the hitch pin to the rearmost point of the trailer frame. Also measure the widest point — typically the fenders or the bunks. Match those numbers to the unit size above.

STEP 03
Get Your PIN Code
Once your rental is confirmed, you’ll receive your personal gate PIN code by email. That code is yours for the duration of your rental.
STEP 04
Drive Up and Store
Access the property any day from 6AM to 10PM. Pull in, unhitch, and go. When your boat is ready to come out of the water or off the shop floor, your trailer will be right here.

Before You Reserve
Can I store just the trailer without the boat?
Yes — that’s exactly what this page is for. Trailer-only storage is one of our most com-mon use cases. You don’t need to store both the boat and the trailer at the same facility.
My trailer is 24 feet from hitch to rear. Which unit do I need?
The Large unit at 14 ft × 20 ft has a 20-foot interior length, which doesn’t accommo-date a 24-foot trailer. You need the Extra-Large unit at 14 ft × 28 ft. Measure tip-to-rear before reserving — overall trailer frame length determines the unit, not boat length.
Can I store the trailer with the boat still on it?
Yes. If you want to store the complete rig — boat and trailer together — this page still applies. Use the boat’s overall length and the trailer’s width to select the right unit size. The Boat & Watercraft Storage page covers this in more detail by boat type.
My pontoon trailer is 10 feet wide with the fenders. Will it fit?
No. All three units have a maximum width of 9 feet (Medium) or 14 feet (Large and Extra-Large). A 10-foot trailer fits in the Large or Extra-Large but not the Medium. If your trailer plus any overhanging hardware exceeds 14 feet in total width, contact us about open-terrain parking instead.
Can I access the trailer on weekends to hook up for a Saturday launch?
Yes. Access is available every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM — including weekends. Your PIN code works seven days a week with no appointment needed.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No. All units are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel with notice as outlined in your rental agreement.
