The Renter must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a rental agreement. By completing a rental, the Renter represents that all information provided is accurate and complete.

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically by our web hosting platform and analytics tools, including:

- Pages visited and time spent on each page

1.3 Information from Security Cameras
Easy St. Storage maintains video surveillance cameras on its physical premises at 18803 FM 1431, Jonestown, TX. Video footage is recorded continuously and retained for a limited period for security purposes. Individuals who access the property consent to being recorded by entering the facility.

- Website analytics data (Google Analytics) — retained for a maximum of twenty-six (26) months, in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings
- Security camera footage — retained for a limited period, typically between thirty (30) and ninety (90) days, depending on storage capacity, unless retained longer in connection with a reported incident

The absence of insurance coverage does not limit the Facility’s right to enforce these Terms or collect outstanding balances.
