What's Not Included

Open-terrain parking starts at $65/month. The exact rate is determined by the space your vehicle or equipment requires — because a compact car and a 40-foot Class A motorhome can’t share the same monthly rate. When you fill out the quote form, we review your vehi-cle type, approximate dimensions, and how long you need the space. We come back within one business day with a monthly rate based on what you’re actually parking — not a num-ber set for a different vehicle than yours.

Pricing Questions
Before You Commit
Are there any fees beyond the monthly rate?
No setup fee, no administrative fee, no facility fee. The monthly rate shown is what you pay. Some renters choose to add third-party storage insurance for their own peace of mind — that’s optional and not required by us.
Do rates go up over time?
We don’t lock in prices indefinitely, but we don’t change rates without advance notice either. Month-to-month agreements give you the flexibility to leave if pricing ever stops working for you — with no penalty.
Is there a discount for paying several months upfront?
We don’t currently offer prepay discounts. All units are billed monthly. If that’s something you’d like to discuss, mention it in your quote request or call us directly.
Why doesn't the parking page have a price listed?
Because parking space needs vary too much for a single published rate to be fair. A car takes up a fraction of the space an RV requires, and pricing them the same would mean one of you is overpaying. We size the space to your vehicle and quote accordingly — usually within one business day.
What's the cheapest unit available?
For an enclosed storage unit, the Medium at $125/month — 9 feet wide by 25 feet long, with 6’8″ clearance. For open-terrain parking, rates start at $65/month depending on your vehicle’s footprint. It fits most single-axle boat trailers and watercraft up to approximately 19 feet. If your boat is larger, the Large or Extra-Large unit is the right fit.
Can I move to a larger unit if I need more space?
Yes. If you need to upgrade your unit size, contact us and we’ll transfer your rental to the next size up as soon as one is available. The new monthly rate applies from the date of the move.
