Parking Starts at $65/mo — Here's How the Quote Works
Open-terrain parking starts at $65/month. The exact rate depends on the space your vehi-cle or equipment requires — because a compact car and a 40-foot Class A motorhome can’t share the same monthly rate. Neither can a single utility trailer and a full landscaping rig with three pieces of equipment. The space required is different, the configuration is differ-ent, and the price should reflect that.

We review what you’re parking and identify the right section of our open grounds for your needs. No template, no automated formula — someone actually looks at it.

You Get a Custom Quote
Within one business day you’ll receive a monthly rate by phone or email. If it works for you, we move to step four. If you have questions, we’ll talk through them.
STEP 04
Move In on Your Schedule
Once you confirm, we set up your access and give you your PIN code. Drive in at your convenience between 6AM and 10PM.

About Parking & Open-Space Rates
Why don't you publish a fixed parking rate?
Because open-terrain parking doesn’t work like a fixed unit. A compact car and a 40-foot Class A motorhome can’t share the same price. We size the space to your vehicle and quote accordingly — which means you’re not overpaying for space you don’t use, and we’re not underquoting a space we can’t actually provide.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Within one business day of receiving your request. We’ll reach out by phone or email — whichever you prefer. If you need something faster, call us directly at (713) 320-5251 during virtual office hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
What information do I need to provide?
Vehicle type, approximate length and width, whether it’s self-propelled or towed, and how long you think you’ll need the space. A photo helps if the vehicle is unusually sized or configured. The more we know upfront, the more accurate your quote will be.
Can I park more than one vehicle?
Yes. If you have multiple vehicles — for example, a truck and a trailer, or two recrea-tional vehicles — mention that in your quote request. We’ll put together a combined rate for the full footprint.
Is parking month-to-month like the storage units?
Terms are discussed as part of the quote process. In most cases, yes — we keep things flexible. If you have a specific duration in mind, let us know and we’ll work with it.
Do you take cars or motorcycles, or just large vehicles?
We take anything with wheels. If you have a car, motorcycle, or smaller vehicle that you need off your property, we’ll quote it the same way. The rate will reflect the smaller foot-print.
